Hey, is the person who posted this still watching?

Let me share a terrifying experience my friend had. It happened when he was in the sixth grade, and he's in his mid-twenties now. Back then, he was going to a cram school for middle school entrance exams located in Ikebukuro. Even on days when summer classes were off, he and his friends would go to the cram school's self-study room to study. Eventually, they decided to take a break, bought some snacks at a convenience store, and started wandering around the building where the cram school was.

He doesn't remember exactly how many floors the building had, but the cram school occupied the first through fourth floors, and there were no tenants on the floors above. The students were strictly forbidden from going up to the fifth floor and above, where there were no tenants. That day, only a security guard and a few cram school instructors were in the building. So, they climbed over the "No Entry" chain strung across the stairs and headed up. They just wanted to go to the rooftop and eat their snacks. But after climbing up a few floors, my friend bumped into a security guard coming from a higher floor and got caught.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing?!" My friend instantly spun around and started running back down the stairs they had climbed. When they bumped into each other, he had managed to catch a glimpse of the security guard's name tag, which read "Okada (pseudonym)." Kids are fast, and my friend and his buddies hurried down the stairs. To avoid getting caught, they crossed a long connecting walkway and escaped down the stairs on the opposite side. ...After a while, my friend noticed something strange. No matter how far down they went, they couldn't reach the floors where the cram school was. Finding this odd, my friend saw "7th Floor" written on the staircase landing, and hearing the security guard's voice chasing after them, he started to panic. My friend kept running down floor after floor. But no matter how long they descended, the sign stayed at the "7th Floor." They were half in panic, and some of them even started crying.

Just then, a cram school instructor appeared from the lower floors and caught them. "You guys went up to the upper floors, didn't you? I told you so many times not to!" My friend explained that a security guard had yelled at them and chased them, and mentioned the weird thing that happened right after. The instructor said, "Years ago, a security guard for the upper tenants was playing with one of our cram school kids and accidentally fell down the stairs to his death. Ever since then, strange things happen on the upper floors, so it creeps people out and no tenants will move in. By the way... didn't you guys see the security guard's name tag? I'll go apologize to him later." My friend replied that it was a man named Okada. Hearing that, the instructor turned pale and said, "That security guard who died... his name was Okada."

Hey, is the person who posted this still watching? Who are you? That experience actually happened to me... Reading this post just now gave me the scariest feeling ever.

Sorry to bring this up again, but posts 32 through 34 are genuinely a story about something I experienced. Ikebukuro is correct, but it happened during a summer cram school session at Yotsuya Ohtsuka—a super famous prep school—when they were renting the building of the Tokyo Electronics Vocational School in Ikebukuro. It wasn't a security guard; it was a proctor who sat in each classroom. Just to add a detail, while running down, there was a white police outline of a body (the kind drawn after someone jumps to their death) on the staircase landing.
