I Didn't Know What an Albino Was

This is out of nowhere, but I didn't know what an albino was back then. When I was in elementary school, my grandma got sick, and my mom and I spent the summer break back at her hometown to take care of her. It was my first time spending a long period in a place I didn't really know, so I was excited at first. But since I didn't have any friends, it gradually started getting boring... I started exploring places like rocky areas by the sea where people usually weren't allowed (since they were off-limits for safety), and built my own secret base by myself. One day, when I went to the base, someone was inside touching the Ultraman figure I'd brought along. When I yelled, "Don't touch my stuff!!" I saw that the guy had pure white hair and eyebrows. To me, he looked like an alien. He was super skinny, his eyes were red, his veins were bulging out, and his skin looked sort of blue all over. Plus, even though it was summer, he was wearing a weird silver sweatsuit with long sleeves and long pants. Now that I think about it, he probably had some sort of developmental or cognitive disability. He looked like an adult, but he couldn't speak very well. I called him "Seven" (because he wouldn't let go of my Ultraman Seven figure even for a second). He nodded at literally everything, so when I asked him, "Are you an alien?" and he nodded yes, I genuinely believed he was an alien.

Seven just sang strange little songs and we couldn't really hold a conversation, which used to frustrate me, but I just assumed he was still in the middle of learning human words. Seven: "Yu-ra-ra~ yu-ra-ra~ dokkan sparkling♪" Me: "What a weird song." Seven: "I like the swaying, but the sparkling is~ no good~ no good~" The night of the day he sang that, it rained heavily, thundered, and then an earthquake happened (a small one, though). I think Seven had precognitive abilities. Stuff like that happened a few times. Like when my mom lost her perfume bottle and suspected I'd taken it off (since the design was cool and I often used it as a prop when playing), it was found in the gap beside the bed thanks to one of Seven's songs. He also sang about injuries and accidents before they happened. Thinking he was an alien, I didn't find it all that strange at the time. But eventually, I had to part ways with Seven. "Seven hasn't fully disguised himself as a human yet, so I'll help him out!" I declared. I smeared my mom's makeup all over his face and painted his hair with black poster paint. Thinking this would keep people from figuring out he was an alien, I took Seven straight to the park to play. Starting the next day, Seven stopped coming to the secret base, but I just figured he'd gone back into space. Honestly, his parents probably thought he was being bullied. I really feel bad about what I did.
