I want an expert to look into this bizarre raw-meat-eating custom in a Kyushu village

I want an expert to look into this bizarre custom that was posted in an occult thread a few months ago without censoring the place name, but I have no idea what I should do.

I want a serious expert, not someone just doing it for fun. Here is the copypaste:

"I'm from a certain village at the southernmost tip of Kyushu, and we have a culture of eating meat raw (beef, pork, chicken, and other game). Even for the southern part of Kyushu, our village is so obsessed with eating raw meat that people from other areas call it abnormal. I want this to be investigated and explained by specialized institutions. Families like mine, who have historically lived only within that village, don't suffer any physical effects at all no matter what kind of raw meat we eat. (Around here, marriages within the same district are not uncommon, though it happens less now than in the past.) Well, in the sense that we only eat meat that tastes good, I've never eaten rotten meat or anything like that. I'll just come out and say it—I'm from the Tanohata district in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, and the only way to explain this is that we evolved so that nothing happens to us even if we eat raw meat under such a culture. Even people in southern Kyushu would likely get a severe stomachache if they ate massive amounts of raw meat every day, but only our village is special."

It's in Kagoshima. I was curious because this post didn't even use initials; it fully disclosed the actual place name. When I looked it up, it seems like a real village, but nothing about raw meat eating came up on Google. Still, judging by the reactions, it's a culture that exists in various places to some extent.

Must be gut bacteria or something. Like how Indians don't get sick from Indian food. Even if that's the case, I wonder how it's fine even at the stomach acid stage?

Isn't it just because they're eating fresh meat? Inuit eat raw meat too.

If it's right after killing it, is it fine? Apparently you can eat pork raw in Germany, so it's probably more about the condition and quality of the meat than physical constitution.

This is incredible. Does that mean they eat pork raw too? Why are they fine with parasites?

Chicken sashimi and stuff is unbelievable to me, personally.

Anyway, if you're curious, why not ask on Bakusai or a local bulletin board?

Isn't eating raw pork dangerous?

Apparently there are tons of worms in it.

Just like raw eggs in Japan, in Germany pork is eaten raw because hygiene is managed so thoroughly that it's safe. Apparently they eat it like an uncooked hamburger steak, minced meat mixed with onions and things.

This definitely sounds like material for a weird-blog write-up.
