I saw it driving through a residential neighborhood broadcasting propaganda around 2:00 PM. What is this even about? So places like this exist in Shinjuku, huh. It seems like it's been around for a while, maybe since 2006 or 2018, but I had no idea. The content sounds like some kind of conspiracy or urban legend; part of me wants to go see it once.
