I recently started playing Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and decided to try out that rumored glitch. I ended up wandering into the "Void" (the Secret Place)... Surrounded by pitch darkness, it feels like I'm the only person left behind in the world. And to make matters worse, I'm trapped—I can't even take a single step. Desperate to escape somehow, I tried using the Explorer Kit, but an error message popped up saying "Communication error," forcing me to reset and return to where I started... It makes me picture the protagonist crying out, "Please let me out of here..." That led me to consider deleting the data, but it makes me wonder what happens to the protagonist after the save file is erased. Sure, I can start over myself, but in another world, there's a protagonist still trapped in that endless darkness. Are they left with no choice but to just stare at their own Pokémon forever? It makes me think—could this space actually be the threshold between reality and another dimension? By the way, as you probably know, once you step into the Elite Four's chamber, the doors lock behind you. That's because once you enter, there's no turning back. No... maybe it's because that room has already become "another space." Once it becomes another space, perhaps the doors can no longer be opened. Because entering hyperspace directly from this universe is forbidden. But the door was opened. The move known as "Surf" ran the risk of carving a path from outer space straight into hyperspace. Yet, unable to do even that, I ended up getting lost in that very threshold. Therefore, this is a place where no human should ever tread. Will this protagonist slowly lose their human form, I wonder?
